The Overseas Pakistanis can approach the welfare wing to issue a letter for Police Clearance Certificate. The application can be downloaded from the link below:
The welfare wing will issue a letter to the relevant department for issuance of certificate. The applicant will get is attested from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, KSA, and present it to the relevant department for police clearance certificate. In case an OP is not in the Kingdom, he/she may request the welfare officer and attach a separate application along with the form. He/she will be contacted accordingly.
