• Having valid CNIC/NICOP and Saudi Iqama.
• Having decision making capacity.
• (18 years or above)

1. Original valid CNIC/NICOP/PASSPORT of the executant.
2. Copy of Saudi Iqama of the executant.
3. Mobile Number of the executant in Saudi Arabia.
4. Two fresh passport size photographs of the executant.
5. Photocopy of the CNIC of the attorney.
6. Mobile Number of Attorney.
7. Two (2) Witnesses Sign and thumb impression affixed with copy of CNIC/NICOP/PASSPORT
8. Executant come in person to the Consular Section and Sign and thumb impression affixed in the front of Consular Officer.
