Attestation of Pension Forms
The Pakistan Embassy is attesting pension forms as per the given requirements.
- Resident.
- Pakistani National.
- Having valid CNIC/NICOP and Saudi Iqama.
- Completely filled in Pension Forms issued by the concerned departments.
- Photocopy of valid CNIC/NICOP/PASSPORT and Iqama of the pensioner.
- The pensioner must bring original CNIC/NICOP/PASSPORT at the time of submission of Pension Form.
- Pensioner come in person to the Consular Section and Sign and thumb impression affixed in the front of Consular Officer.
