- Pakistani CNIC, Passport and resident Iqama.
- Foreign National having valid Passport and resident Iqama/ID.
- Documents should be attested from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad and its Camp Offices Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta and Karachi
- Copy of Iqama/CNIC/NICOP/PASSPORT.

The Pakistan Embassy can attest a death certificate issued from KSA.
- Pakistani CNIC, Passport and resident Iqama.
- Foreign National having valid Passport and resident Iqama/ID.
- Should be issued by the department of Civil Affairs, Ministry of Interior, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Riyadh or any of its regional camp offices.
- Copy of Iqama/CNIC/NICOP/PASSPORT.
