- Photocopy of the CNIC of the attorney.
- Mobile Number of Attorney.
- Two (2) Witnesses Sign and thumb impression affixed with copy of CNIC/NICOP/PASSPORT
- Executant come in person to the Consular Section and Sign and thumb impression affixed in the front of Consular Officer.
