OPF Membership Card
Registration Fee for the Membership Card of Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) has been increased to Rs. 2000 with effect from 15th May, 2008, by the Ministry of Labour, Manpower and Overseas Pakistanis, Islamabad. The fee is to be deposited if the stamp of Protectorate of Emigrants is not available. New Registration Forms can be downloaded from the Website of OPF (www.opf.org.pk) or from the link below.
Requirements
Application Form, duly filled by the applicant; Photocopy of following pages of valid Passport/ old Passports; First 2 pages and that page of valid Passport on which stamp of Protectorate of Emigrants was affixed; If the stamp of Protector of Emigrants was affixed on old/previous passport then photocopies of first 2 pages and proof of stamp of Protector of Emigrants on old passport are also required. If proof of Protector of Emigrants is not available then Demand Draft amounting to Pak Rs. 2000 in favor of “Overseas Pakistanis Foundation, Islamabad”, should be attached with the application Form; Two Passport size photographs; Photocopy of National Identity Card of Pakistan; Photocopy of Iqama.
