600 Fully Funded Scholarships in 25 Universities of the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia for Pakistani Students 2021-22

We are glad to inform that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has announced 600 fully
funded scholarships for Pakistani students to study at the level of diploma, Bachelor,
Master and PhD in the Kingdom. Students residing in Pakistan and legal resident in
the Kingdom both can apply for these scholarships.

–    Written Test for Hiring of Trade Development Officer
(TDO), Consular Assistant/Data Entry Operator (DEO) and Messenger Cum Security
Guard at the Embassy of Pakistan Riyadh.

Dear applicants,

The written test for the subject posts will be held at the Chancery Hall
of the Embassy of Pakistan on (Saturday) 21^st January, 2023 as per
the following schedule:

(i)
    Test for Consular
Assistant/DEO

and Messenger Cum Security Guard    1000hrs -1200hrs

(ii)
     Test for Trade
Development Officer    1300hrs -1500hrs

     All candidates are requested to reach the venue at
least 30 minutes before the test time.

Scope of Work/Terms & Conditions for invitation of bids for Maintenance, Cleaning and Janitorial Services at Embassy of Pakistan, Riyadh

• Building Maintenance Services:

1. Electro-Mech. (Including Oil & Grease).
2. Plumbing Works.
3. Telephone Exchange Works.
4. Fire Fighting System.
5. Water Supply & its network.
6. Paint touch-up works.
7. Plants/Landscaping.
8. Drip irrigation networks.

• Janitorial Service:

1. Marble, Ceramic or Concrete Tiles floor areas.
2. Vacuum Cleaning of carpeted floors.
3. Cleaning of all toilets, urinals and wash rooms.
4. Cleaning of glazed screens, and doors.
5. Cleaning/polishing of Elevator.
6. Cleaning of steel/wooden fences, gates, windows, doors etc.
7. Cleaning of roads.
8. Provision of cleaning materials like toilet paper roll, soap etc.
9. Cleaning of furniture.

• The duration of service contract shall be for the period one year and can be extended on mutual agreement.
• The bidders should also give references/clientele of their service contract with other establishment etc.
• The bidders should also submit duly attested copies of all the documents required by the local laws, such as, company registration etc.
• The selection will be made keeping in view the reputation of the company as well as the cost.
• Bids are scheduled to be opened on 11^th May 2022 at 1200 hours at the Chancery. Any bid received after the aforementioned date/time will not be considered.
