Details of Job Vacancies

The Embassy of Pakistan invites CVs of interested applicants for the following posts:

·         Data Entry Operators/ Consular Assistant

·         Messenger-Cum-Security Guards.

·         Driver

·         Trade Development Officer(TDO)

·         Legal Pursuer

1.   Minimum qualification for DEO/ Consular Assistant and Pursuer is graduation while for Messenger-cum-Security       Guard and Driver is matriculation. Candidates with higher education/additional certificates will be given preference.
2.  Candidates must have a valid and transferrable resident/work permit.
3.  The post of DEO/ Consular Assistant, Driver Messenger-cum-Security Guard and Pursuer are temporary and will be     renewed on annual basis subject to performance.
4.  Candidates who can speak and write Arabic will be preferred.
5.   All candidates would be required to undergo a written test, followed by an interview.
6.   Typing speed of 30 wpm or more is mandatory for Pursuer and DEO/ Consular Assistant. Separate test for typing       will be held to check the eligibility.
7.   All candidates, while forwarding their CVs, must clearly specify the position for which they are applying.

Followings are the requirement for Trade Development Officer (TDO):

• Degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance/Commerce/I.T. (no other degree may be accepted)
• Minimum 3 years experience in private sector preferable Exports/Imports
• Preferably male having driving license
• Fluency in Arabic
• Expertise in Research Reports, Data Analysis, MS Office

Local Candidates must have a valid and transferrable work permit.

The posts of Consular Assistant and Messenger-cum-Security Guard are temporary and renewable on annual basis subject to satisfactory performance.

The monthly pay package for the posts is as follows:

Consular Assistant/DEO                                       SAR 3450/- per month

Messenger cum Security Guard                          SAR 2875/- per month

Job Descriptions for Trade Development Officer (TDO)

• To carry out all type of market analysis of commodities transacted in the host country.
• To indicate potential areas of export promotion of Pakistani products.
• To contact importers and arrange their visits for investment and imports or any other economic activity concerning Pakistan.
• Proficient in computer work/Arabic Language
• To recommend / arrange business fairs, exhibitions of Pakistani products in the host country.
• To arrange participation of reputable business companies and importers in exhibitions scheduled in Pakistan.
• To work for promoting Foreign Direct Investment into Pakistan
• To perform budget preparations and expenditure records
• Any other duty, assigned by the Head of Department.

600 Fully Funded Scholarships in 25 Universities of the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia for Pakistani Students 2021-22

We are glad to inform that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has announced 600 fully
funded scholarships for Pakistani students to study at the level of diploma, Bachelor,
Master and PhD in the Kingdom. Students residing in Pakistan and legal resident in
the Kingdom both can apply for these scholarships.

Subject: –    Written Test for Hiring of Trade Development Officer (TDO), Consular Assistant/Data Entry Operator (DEO) and Messenger Cum Security Guard at the Embassy of Pakistan Riyadh.

Dear applicants,

         The written test for the subject posts will be held at the Chancery Hall of the Embassy of Pakistan on (Saturday) 21^st January, 2023 as per the following schedule:

(i)                  Test for Consular Assistant/DEO

and Messenger Cum Security Guard    1000hrs -1200hrs

(ii)                Test for Trade Development Officer    1300hrs -1500hrs

     2.      All candidates are requested to reach the venue at least 30 minutes before the test time.

Scope of Work/Terms & Conditions for invitation of bids for Maintenance, Cleaning and Janitorial Services at Embassy of Pakistan, Riyadh

• Building Maintenance Services:

1. Electro-Mech. (Including Oil & Grease).
2. Plumbing Works.
3. Telephone Exchange Works.
4. Fire Fighting System.
5. Water Supply & its network.
6. Paint touch-up works.
7. Plants/Landscaping.
8. Drip irrigation networks.

• Janitorial Service:

1. Marble, Ceramic or Concrete Tiles floor areas.
2. Vacuum Cleaning of carpeted floors.
3. Cleaning of all toilets, urinals and wash rooms.
4. Cleaning of glazed screens, and doors.
5. Cleaning/polishing of Elevator.
6. Cleaning of steel/wooden fences, gates, windows, doors etc.
7. Cleaning of roads.

• The duration of service contract shall be for the period one year and can be extended on mutual agreement.
• The bidders should also give references/clientele of their service contract with other establishment etc.
• The bidders should also submit duly attested copies of all the documents required by the local laws, such as, company registration etc.
• The selection will be made keeping in view the reputation of the company as well as the cost.
• Bids are scheduled to be opened on 11^th May 2022 at 1200 hours at the Chancery. Any bid received after the aforementioned date/time will not be considered.
